Trinidad and Tobago’s 4×400 metres team has qualified for the final of the event.
T&T ran a time of 3.07.12 in Heat 2 this morning to finish third behind Kenya and India.
T&T will run in Lane 8 in Sunday’s final, which will also include Barbados, Nigeria, Botswana, Kenya, Jamaica, India and Zambia.
Meanwhile, T&T’s Tyra Gittens also qualified for the Women’s Long Jump Final with a jump of 6.28 metres in Group A of the Qualifying Round this morning.
