Dwight St Hillaire produced a 46.06 seconds run to capture top spot in the men’s 400 metres event at the Vanderbilt Black & Gold Invitational in Tennessee, USA, on Saturday. With that clocking, the University of Kentucky student moved into 13th spot on the 2019 world outdoor performance list.
St Hillaire also competed in the 200m event, finishing second in a wind-aided 20.76 seconds. Tennessee Tech University’s Khemani Roberts secured women’s high jump bronze with a 1.71 metres clearance. She was 17th in the 100m hurdles in 14.91 seconds and 21st in the shot put with an 11.29 metres throw.
